Computer Telephone Integration

Improve Efficiency Through Integration

Click Below to view a typical screen in Microsoft Outlook. On some telephone systems, customer information can be displayed automatically if the caller (CLI) number is recognised. Also by clicking the dial icon, your telephone will automatically make a call to that contact.

Most modern Windows contact management databases can be programmed to do this in conjunction with the right telephone system.

We have successfully integrated a variety of business telephone systems with widely-used CRM, Contact Management and Database applications, including Right-Now, Remedy, SAP, Oracle and Microsoft CRM.

Integration of voice with visual applications can improve the customer's experience by speeding up transactions, providing better information to the contact centre agent, deliver calls to agents who have previously spoken to the customer, accumulating billing criteria to customer records and many more functions.

We only provide and support business telelphone systems which have an open development model, allowing you, or a third party to code integration features where you need it.
